Following my passion, I have become a shoe designer for various global companies and for fun I am an avid motorcyclist.
Coming home from a race one day, I developed a migraine so excruciating that I ended up in hospital. This proved to be another milestone in my journey.

Offering an alternative treatment, the Indian doctor on duty simply held my head and my chest, and to my surprise and utter relief, my splitting migraine gradually disappeared.

This experience astounded me and I simply HAD to explore this alternative healing and, more specifically, healing touch practice. Not one to do anything by half measures, I embarked on an extensive, life-long training in Chinese massage, acupuncture and Qi Gong.

These fascinating healing practices have taught me that the body is the seat of the emotions and spirit, and stores whatever goes wrong in our lives. The key to achieving optimum health is to unlock the body from the unhealthy patterns forced upon it by human beings who know no other way.

I have found that these massage techniques restore the body not only physically from injuries, illnesses or pain, but also release and balance emotions, restoring overall spiritual calm and tranquility.

I am graciously humbled when clients say I have made a difference in their lives. Clients who come for a sports injury also find transformation in all aspects of their life, and their relationships with others improve dramatically. This confirms the very reason why I practice in the first place. The knowledge that I am helping others is my own healing.

Extraordinary things happen when we allow our bodies to be restored and balanced.
